About
Hi, I'm Moriah!
So good to have you here.
I was born and raised in Southern Arizona. I have 4 sisters and a brother, I am the second to last child. I am of Mexican-American descent. My father is a Mexican native from Guadalajara, Mexico, immigrated to the United States and became a U.S. Citizen. My mother was born and raised in the U.S. I attended public schools on the south side of one of Arizona’s largest cities and also attended catechism on the weekends to complete catholic religion sacraments including first holy communion and confirmation. My dad was a roofer, my mother, a home-maker. While I had a very humble upbringing, I am grateful for the most important gifts taught to me by parents-hard work ethic, integrity, and most of all, the utmost love, respect, and faith for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I always knew I wanted to do something meaningful with my life, my life’s purpose. When I saw my older sister walk across the stage at her nursing school graduation, it was at that moment I knew I wanted to become a nurse. I’ve always loved caring for people and felt empathetic and compassionate towards others, especially those in need. I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, graduated, and became a registered nurse in 2014. I pursued and completed a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Sacred Heart University in 2024. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including urgent care, hospitals, home health nursing, primary care nursing and as a clinical instructor.
During the time I worked in the hospital setting, the 12 hour shifts never seemed to be enough time to provide the real care and connection I wanted to provide my patients with. I wanted to give them hope for their healing journey by making them feel seen, heard, and valued. I would often talk to them and listen to their stories that would leave me lingering in the room a little too long but well worth it. Too long because as a nurse, we’re constantly prioritizing nursing tasks and nursing care, multitasking and reprioritizing as the day and shift unfolds-healthcare is unpredictable.
While I took care of many patients during the long hours of working night shift, through the years, I never felt like I was “helping” my patients. I’ve always wanted to do more and have a deeper and more meaningful impact in their lives and healing journeys.
I feel that leading people who are in need of hope and healing from their lives’ journeys will allow for healing of their souls through a personal relationship with Him. I feel this is a greater calling and passion of mine to care for, and nurture lost, and/or hurt souls to Jesus. He and only He can heal through the power of the Holy Spirit.
GOD’S STRENGTH, MERCY and GRACE has carried me through my life and has led me to this current moment-unapologetically me, and unapologetically praising Him and the gospel. HE is the only reason I am alive and well, living to do His will for my life.
I am delighted you found my webpage and I encourage you take a moment, close your eyes, fold your hands in prayer, and invite God into your heart and mind. You are not alone in this journey! Let God’s healing power begin it's journey within your soul! It starts here and it starts NOW!

Lessons of Life: Things
I've Learned, Moments I Cherish.
Everyone has a story. From setbacks, mistakes, and failures, life is unpredictable. It's also not guaranteed. Eternal salvation in God through Jesus Christ IS guaranteed and is a FREE gift from God.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life"-John 3:16.
This scripture can be found in The Holy Bible and is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the wealth of knowledge a believer in Christ must know!
The Bible is a roadmap for life, it is the LIVING WORD of GOD. It's filled with scriptures, parables, testimonies of miracles that were performed, prophesies that have been fulfilled and more prophecies yet to be fulfilled.
One thing I have learned, no matter what we experience in life, good or bad, but particularly the bad. When we walk with Jesus at our side, and we put our faith in HIM and HIM ONLY, he will always guide us through the storms of life.
He's the same God that parted the Red Sea, turned water into wine, hailed manna to fall from heaven, raised a man named Lazarus from the dead, and so many more miracles performed to showcase God's miraculous and infinite power!
Even today, the miracle of life itself, the very breathe of your lungs from the air your breathe, to the sun rising every morning and that comforting warmth you feel when it touches your skin. That's God's comfort and care to you. Those are the miracles of life, and he gives them freely, everyday!
